It is called the Unidad de Ejecución 38, a sector limited for the Colegio Félix Plaza and Carretera de Cártama.
The Councilman of Urbanism of the City council of Alhaurín el Grande, Gregorio Guerra, has stated the works of the urbanization of the UE-38will begin shortly. This covers a sector of 15,000 ms2, limited by the Colegio Félix Plaza and the Carretera de Cártama.
The edile explained that “the detailed study was approved initially by the Mayor and then by the plenary session of the City council. Also it been approved by Local Governing body and the statutes for its development of the urbanisation project are at the moment taking place and will be approved very shortly”.
The Councilman of Urbanism said that this “is a sector of 15,000 ms2 where the City council receives a parcel of 3.980 ms2 for equipment, located next to the CEIP Felix Plaza. In addition about 4,000 ms2 will be available for viales, acerado and servicios públicos. For construction 6,980 ms will be made available for the possible construction of 60 houses”; and he added that “with the development of this urbanization there will be more equipment for the Colegio Félix Plaza, for future extensions or the construction of a new school. In addition the Carretera de Cártama will be connected with the Camino de Málaga, by two viales (avenues).
This area will have development for more and better public infrastructures, green zones and will improve all the surroundings of the Colegio Félix Plaza and the Carretera de Cártama.
