The council of Alhaurín el Grande declared two days of official mourning for the death of Councilman Jose Aragon Rodriguez.

The council of Alhaurín el Grande has declared two days of official mourning with flags at half mast at all municipal buildings, as a testament to the pain of the people of Alhaurín el Grande and its municipalities by the death of councillor D. Jose Aragon Rodriguez.
The Edil aged 36, married and father of a girl, died this morning as a result of heart failure, and his funeral will be held tomorrow July 10 at 10 am in the parish of Our Lady of the incarnation, In the Plaza Baja.
Jose Rodriguez has been councillor of the municipality of Alhaurín el Grande since 2003, being responsible for the Department of Public Safety and Environment, among other delegations until 2005, when he began his career as Alderman of Finance and Personnel, a position he held until Today, besides being Fourth Deputy Mayor.
The council of Alhaurín el Grande and on behalf of Mayor Juan Martin has shown their sympathy, sorrow, solidarity and deepest condolences to the family of Alderman "a person who had an excellent relationship with workers and neighbours and that he was very dear in all areas of society being a person responsible and dedicated to his work." The first councillor also has been grateful for the samples of condolence on the part of groups, institutions and neighbours and he highlighted that “we have lost a great companion, a great friend and especially, a great person ".
