The business School of Alhaurín el Grande has organized workshops Improving the competitiveness and technological innovation of small and medium enterprises, which have been held last week at the premises of the Area Development.
The aim of these days has been to report on the automation and innovation of the manufacturing processes and storage of the companies in any economic sector, and the improvement of the competitiveness of the metallic carpentries and companies of the sector of the metalworking.
The speakers were two coordinators of the Departments of Engineering and manufacturing processes and automation at the University of Malaga, as well as the director of the Department of Industrial Design and the Head of the Department of projects and business innovation, both of the Andalusian Institute of Technology.
The event was attended by more than 30 businessmen and entrepreneurs, as well as technicians of different agencies involved, and it became known services that the council of Alhaurín el Grande have at their disposal is available to citizens from the area of Municipal Development.
The workshops were evaluated by the attendees and speakers as very interesting and appropriate to the economic moment that is lived, with a view to that the companies could promote costs and propose added values that will allow them to improve.
The Councillor of area development, Jesus Maria Fernandez has reported that "since the council will support such initiatives, and continues to work towards local development in three main areas: vocational guidance, Enterprise and Training therefore continue to compete on such efforts to modernize enterprises and improve their competitiveness."
